Orlando news: International Drive’s best attractions to see and do - Part two

Orlando’s International Drive is jam-packed with attractions and activities for families and friends.

Whilst part one looked at some of I-Drive’s most popular locations, part two will open your eyes to new and possibly underrated attractions across the iconic strip.

Here, Florida News Blitz writer Joseph Hannen takes a look at seven more of I-Drive’s top choices in part two.

Starflyer

Starting with the world's tallest swing ride, Starflyer stands at 450 feet tall at the heart of I-Drive.

The thrill-seekers who dare take on the Starflyer will encounter speeds up to 45 mph at dizzying heights.

Starflyer can be an alternative method of getting the best views of Orlando, trumping the height of The Orlando Eye.

Tickets are reasonably priced at $15, offering easy access and boasting sky-high reviews.

Ripley’s Believe It or Not

Described as the ‘weirdest’ spot in Orlando, Ripley’s Believe It or Not offers a highly unique experience.

Explore a variety of exhibitions, displays, and artifacts that pay homage to the odd and extraordinary.

This museum offers unbelievable interactives, rare treasures, and more in 16 galleries.

Similar to WonderWorks, Ripley’s is a self-guided and self-paced attraction, so be sure not to miss a thing.

iFly

Experience the sensation of freefall without the need for air travel at iFly Orlando.

The iFly experience is so realistic that professional skydivers use the wind tunnel for training.

iFly offers multiple flight packages, so be sure to find the best deal, as iFly is one of the most expensive attractions on IDrive.

However, thousands of highly positive reviews suggest this once-in-a-lifetime experience is comfortably worth the price.

Andretti Indoor Karting and Games

Andretti Indoor Karting and Games, Orlando’s newest event and entertainment destination, features a whole host of action.

The main attraction is the thrilling go-karts, racing at high speed across three different tracks, but there's so much more to see.

Take on your family or friends at bowling, laser tag, arcade games, and more; the perfect spot for competitive groups.

Andretti’s Indoor Karting and Games is free to enter, meaning visitors can relax at the restaurant/bar at no extra cost.
